Description
Texas Roadhouse Grilled Shrimp is a quick and flavorful grilled seafood dish made with a garlic lemon marinade, perfect for an easy shrimp dinner at home.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine olive oil lemon juice garlic parsley oregano salt paprika black pepper and red pepper flakes then mix well
- Add shrimp and toss until fully coated then cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes
- Preheat grill to medium high heat and grease the grates
- Remove shrimp from marinade and place on grill or skewers
- Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges
