This Strawberry Peach Crisp is a warm summer dessert with juicy peaches, fresh strawberries, and a buttery oat crumble topping.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup salted butter melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread half the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking pan.
- Top with sliced peaches and strawberries.
- Cook brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour syrup over the fruit.
- Sprinkle remaining crumble topping over the fruit.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes if desired for extra crisp topping.
