Description

These creamy and naturally sweet Strawberry Banana Popsicles combine yogurt, milk, strawberries, and ripe banana for a refreshing kid-friendly summer treat.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) yogurt
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) milk
  • 12 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
  • 1 cup strawberries, about 10 medium, hulled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt, milk, and sugar or honey in a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Add strawberries and banana and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  5. Add lids and insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 5 hours, or until fully solid.
  7. To remove, place the molds in warm water for a few seconds, then pull gently by the handle.

Notes

  1. Use ripe bananas for the best natural sweetness.
  2. Use honey instead of granulated sugar for refined sugar-free popsicles.
  3. Greek yogurt creates a thicker and creamier texture.
  4. Store popsicles in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
