Description

A cross between a chewy blondie and a soft snickerdoodle cookie, these blondies are studded with white chocolate chips and layered with cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

Butter

Brown sugar

White sugar

Flour

Eggs

Vanilla extract

Cinnamon

White chocolate chips

Cream of tartar

Baking powder

Salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a pan with parchment.

2. Cream butter and sugars until light.

3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

4. Whisk dry ingredients separately, then combine.

5. Fold in white chocolate chips.

6. Spread half dough, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, layer remaining dough.

7. Bake 32–35 minutes until golden.

8. Cool completely, cut into bars, and serve.

Notes

Store at room temperature for 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

For a twist, drizzle caramel or add nuts for crunch.
