Description

Quick and easy sausage egg breakfast rolls made with crescent dough, sausage, eggs, and cheese.


Ingredients

1 can crescent roll dough

½ lb breakfast sausage

4 large eggs

½ cup shredded cheese

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp milk

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Cook sausage until browned.

2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

3. Scramble eggs until just set.

4. Lay out crescent rolls and fill with sausage, eggs, and cheese.

5. Roll up and place on baking sheet.

6. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

Perfect for breakfast prep or brunch. Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
