Description

A tangy raspberry mocktail with a popping candy rim that creates a fun fizzy experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet raspberry or strawberry Pop Rocks candy
  • Light corn syrup or lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raspberry lemonade
  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1/4 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon blue raspberry syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries or edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of the glass in corn syrup or lemon juice
  2. Coat the rim with Pop Rocks candy evenly
  3. Mix raspberry lemonade and blue raspberry syrup in a glass
  4. Add lemon-lime soda and sparkling water slowly
  5. Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes
  6. Pour the mocktail mixture into the glass
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries or edible glitter and serve immediately

  1. Serve immediately to keep the popping effect strong
  2. Use a clear straw to highlight bubbles and color
