Description

A quick, gooey chocolate and peanut butter dessert that’s made in one bowl — perfect for last-minute guests or weeknight cravings.


Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup melted butter

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup mini peanut butter cups

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Grease a 9×13-inch pan and spread peanut butter evenly across the bottom.

3. Whisk cake mix, melted butter, and milk in a large bowl.

4. Pour batter over peanut butter and sprinkle chocolate chips and peanut butter cups on top.

5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until edges pull away slightly and the center is set.

6. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Pairs beautifully with vanilla ice cream.

Store leftovers at room temperature up to 3 days.

To reheat, microwave for 15 seconds for gooey perfection.
