Description

Comfort food meets convenience with this One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta — a 20-minute meal packed with flavor and made using one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

225 g (8 oz) pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or penne)

15 g (1 tbsp) butter or olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

480 ml (2 cups) milk

240 ml (1 cup) water

75 g (¾ cup) Parmesan cheese, grated

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese or sour cream

Optional: chopped parsley or basil

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a pot and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

2. Add pasta, milk, and enough water to cover. Stir and bring to a boil.

3. Lower heat and simmer 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until pasta is al dente.

4. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until creamy.

5. Optional: Add cream cheese or sour cream for extra richness.

6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or basil.

Notes

This One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta reheats perfectly. Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore the creaminess.
