Description

Miniature Peach Cobbler is a quick, cozy peach dessert baked in a muffin pan with buttery batter, diced peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar. These individual cobblers make sweet mini desserts for parties, family nights, and easy comfort-food cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 can sliced peaches, drained and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon melted butter into each muffin cup.
  3. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk in a bowl, then stir until just combined.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into each muffin cup.
  5. Dice the peaches, then spoon 1 tablespoon diced peaches on top of the batter in each cup.
  6. Sprinkle each cup generously with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tops look set and the edges turn lightly golden.
  8. Allow the cobblers to cool completely before removing them from the muffin pan.
  9. Top with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream before serving.
  10. Enjoy.

Notes

  1. Drain canned peaches well before dicing so the batter does not turn watery.
  2. Use ripe fresh peaches when available, but dice them small so they soften fast.
  3. Let the cobblers cool fully before removing them from the pan.
  4. Add whipped topping or ice cream right before serving.
  5. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
