Description

A cheesy, spicy, and crispy grilled cheese burrito inspired by Taco Bell. Quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup cooked rice

½ cup sour cream

½ cup nacho cheese sauce

¼ cup chipotle sauce

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella

4 large tortillas

Butter or oil

1 cup shredded cheese for exterior

Instructions

1. Cook beef with taco seasoning until browned.

2. Warm tortillas to make them flexible.

3. Layer rice, beef, sauces, and cheese on each tortilla.

4. Fold sides in and roll tightly into burritos.

5. Sprinkle cheese on skillet, place burrito seam-side down.

6. Grill until cheese melts and forms a crust.

7. Flip and repeat on other side.

8. Serve warm with chipotle or sour cream.

Notes

Swap beef for beans or chicken.

Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.

Reheat in skillet to keep crisp.
