Description
Tender sirloin bites and crispy potatoes tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for the ultimate quick one pan dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp butter, divided
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp butter and olive oil.
2. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Cook until golden and tender, about 10–12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Add another tbsp butter to the same pan. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
4. Reduce heat. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic; stir until fragrant.
5. Return potatoes to the pan. Toss in garlic butter until evenly coated. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, don’t overcrowd the pan.
Use well-marbled steak for the most tender bites.
Add chili flakes or Parmesan for a flavor twist.
