Description
A comforting slow-cooked version of Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak with tender beef bites and potatoes cooked low and slow in rich garlic butter.
Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 pound baby yellow potatoes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pads
Instructions
1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place beef on one side and potatoes on the other.
3. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
4. Scatter chopped garlic and dot with butter pads.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours until tender.
6. Gently stir to mix juices and serve hot with garlic butter sauce.
Notes
For added flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
Pair with rice or roasted vegetables for a full Brazilian-inspired meal.
