Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime, divided
- 1 10-inch graham cracker crust
- Extra lime slices, optional garnish
Instructions
- Add softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and 2/3 of the lime zest to a large mixing bowl.
- Beat on high until smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes.
- Transfer the filling to the graham cracker crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the reserved lime zest over the top.
- Refrigerate until the filling sets, about 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and garnish with extra lime slices if desired.

- A store-bought graham cracker crust keeps this recipe fast and easy.
- Homemade graham cracker crust also works well.
- The pie may set sooner, but 3 to 4 hours gives the best sliceable texture.
- Regular full-fat cream cheese gives the best flavor and texture.
- Light cream cheese can work, but fat-free cream cheese is not recommended.
- Regular limes work well, but you can use true key limes if preferred.
