Description

This creamy fruit salad recipe is sweet and creamy. It is made with Greek yogurt, berries, apple, grapes, strawberries, and pineapple chunks.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all of the whole fruit. Drain the pineapple if using canned fruit.
  2. Cut the apple and strawberries into chunks.
  3. Slice the grapes in half if desired.
  4. Add all ingredients to a large glass bowl.
  5. Mix gently until all of the fruit is fully coated.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  8. Serve chilled.

Notes

  1. Use fresh, firm fruit for the best texture.
  2. Dry the fruit thoroughly before mixing to keep the dressing creamy.
  3. Drain canned pineapple well before adding it.
  4. Serve chilled for the best flavor.
