Description
A one-pot creamy beef garlic butter pasta loaded with juicy ground beef, garlic butter, and Parmesan for the ultimate comfort meal ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz short pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
4 cups beef broth (low sodium)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Pour in beef broth and pasta; stir and cover to cook.
4. Simmer for 12–14 minutes until pasta is tender.
5. Reduce heat; add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
6. Stir until sauce thickens and coats pasta.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use low-sodium broth to control salt.
Add red pepper flakes for spice.
Leftovers reheat best with a splash of broth or milk.
