Description

This creamy chicken pot pie casserole delivers all the delicious comfort of classic pot pie with only 10 minutes of prep. A fast, family-friendly dinner that’s rich, cheesy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

12 oz package of medium egg noodles

2 cans of cream of chicken

1 can of cream of mushroom

2 cans of chunk chicken breasts (or rotisserie chicken)

1 package of frozen veggies

1 soup can of chicken broth

2 cups cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Instructions

1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain.

2. Add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, chicken chunks, veggies, broth, cheese, sour cream, and seasonings.

3. Mix everything together in the pot and heat on medium for 15–20 minutes until thick and creamy.

4. Serve hot with biscuits or rolls.

Notes

Don’t overcook noodles—they’ll finish in the oven.

Swap chicken for ground turkey or beef for variation.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Avoid freezing for best texture.
