Description

This creamy Chicken Cobbler recipe combines shredded rotisserie chicken, vegetables, and a buttery Red Lobster biscuit topping for the ultimate easy comfort dinner.


Ingredients

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

12 oz frozen peas and carrots

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup with herbs

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup onions

1 box (11 oz) Red Lobster Biscuit Mix

2 cups milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Pour melted butter into a greased baking dish.

3. Layer shredded chicken evenly in the dish.

4. Top with celery, onions, and mixed vegetables.

5. Whisk soup and chicken broth together; pour gently over layers.

6. Mix biscuit mix with milk, seasoning packet, and cheese.

7. Pour biscuit mixture on top—do not stir.

8. Bake 45–60 minutes until golden and bubbling.

9. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Freeze unbaked casserole up to 3 months; thaw before baking.

Add bacon, mushrooms, or different veggies for custom variations.
