Description

Easy Buffalo Chicken Bombs Everyone Loves. These spicy biscuit bites feature shredded chicken, creamy cheese, and stuffed dough baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

½ cup buffalo sauce

4 oz cream cheese softened

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

1 can refrigerated crescent roll or pizza dough

1 egg for egg wash

1 tbsp melted butter for brushing

Optional: bacon bits, jalapeños, green onions


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings.

3. Roll out dough and cut into equal squares.

4. Spoon filling into the center of each square.

5. Fold and seal dough into balls.

6. Brush with egg wash, bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

7. Brush with melted butter before serving.

Notes

Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.

To freeze, prepare up to baking and freeze; bake from frozen at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dip.
