Description

This 7 layer dip is the ultimate Mexican party appetizer—creamy, colorful, and full of flavor! Perfect for game day or gatherings.


Ingredients

2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans

2 ½ cups sour cream

1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as sriracha)

3 cups guacamole

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

3 Roma tomatoes, diced

½ cup sliced black olives

3 green onions, thinly sliced

¼ cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

1. Mix refried beans with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and hot sauce until smooth.

2. Spread the bean mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 dish.

3. Add the guacamole layer evenly over the beans.

4. Top with the remaining sour cream.

5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly.

6. Add diced tomatoes and black olives.

7. Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.

Notes

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.

Make ahead up to 24 hours in advance.

Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
